Salsa Festival 2008 Riga Salsa Festival 2008 is the best salsa event in Baltic countries which will be held from 29 to 31 of August 2008. Organizers’ team of the festival would be really glad to see you at this marvellous salsa event. What is Salsa Festival? The amazing salsa event held in, the capital of Latvia, which is one of the Baltic countries by the Baltic Sea (by the way we have really wonderful beaches with silky white sand). The event has been organized already for the 4^th year and has grown from 250 participants to almost one thousand! This year we expect even more salsa lovers (or fans).
