Riga Out There can also simply offer you a guide and transport for the day should you want to combine a series of sightseeing tours or venture to places beyond the region of Riga such as Sigulda or Cesis for a day. These are priced starting from 140Euros for the day.
Seeming as you will not be able to pick up a hire car for much less than 70 Euros per day...then you have to add the fuel.....buy the map....get lost....have no idea on what you are seeing? We think it is pretty good value - we hope you do to!! :)
