Events  Manager

Key responsibilities and duties:

To join  the very successful Riga Out There Events Team that is responsible for the generation, completion and execution of all bookings.

Developing the brand and promoting our services domestically and internationally to qualified target markets.

Investigating, enhancing and expanding the services provided and building a team structure to meet this demand.

You need to be  a self starter with excellent people management skills and a proven track record of motivating a team to deliver outstanding results.

Riga Out There’s primary objective is to become the number one destination management company in Latvia.

Out There activity leader and representative
Want to earn some extra income showing people a good time?
Want to gain some work experience in Latvia’s developing tourism industry?
We are looking for personable, lively and enthusiastic individuals to join the
expanding  Out There team!
To work weekends, escorting groups of visitors to Latvia on activities and excursions.
To do this, you have to be resident in Riga with excellent  knowledge of the city.
You also have to be able to speak excellent English (other languages are an attractive bonus)

Part time  Web Developer wanted;
Young Graduate, enthusiastic, dynamic and English speaking web-developer and designer to join the Riga Out There Team!

A leading tourism service provider company is looking for a part time web developer. The main focus of the role is on development and website optimization, but some design skills would be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will have good experience with using Photoshop.  It is essential that the applicant can speak good English.

You will be joining an existing team to work on developing the company’s website and associated products. The role will begin as a part time position, with the potential to go full time, as you support the growth and expansion of Out There into a major international web-based organization. Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience working in web development field.

Job essentials:
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to develop across multiple platforms/browsers.
* Commitment to delivering a high standard of web functionality and usability.
* Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
* Ability to pre-empt clients needs and exceed their expectations.
Ability and knowledge to optimize websites on search engines.
