Suitable safety equipment will be provided for the activity but please make sure that you are wearing suitable footwear (no sandals or flip flops). During the winter months - it is very improtant that you wrap up warm as the temperature can drop below minus 20 degrees celsius! This extreme activity is not suitable for people who: - are heavier than 120kg - have problems with back or neck - have a history of heart problems - are preagnant! It would be certainly an interesting situation to go in to labour at 110Km/h!
