Riga Out There has close working and personal relationships with a number or Rugby teams playing in the Baltics and we can arrange a suitable fixture(s) for your team.
Riga and Latvia were introduced to rugby only in 1960 by Vladimirs Martinsons. He was an inhabitant of Riga but went to study in the Highest Technical school in Moscow.
(Still one should admit that already in 30ies there was a rugby game played in Riga by British sailors but Latvians did not take this example into consideration.)

Please note that unlike in more developed Rugby nations, clubs in Riga do not have their own grounds - therefore the touring team have to subsidize the pitch hire and profits are donated to the club to help develop Rugby in Latvia.
