Karosta, a name feared by many for over a century! Karosta hosted one of the biggest former Soviet military base but was also used a jail for dissidents. This huge complex of concrete apartment blocks and barracks was sealed to the public for decades. Riga Out There will lock you up just for the time of the visit!
