In 2004, Nicholas Austin, Gründer und Geschäftsführer von Riga Out There, begann die Organisation und Abwicklung der Ausflüge für die Übersee-Besucher nach Lettland. Er begann durch den Betrieb als selbständiger Gewerbetreibender allein innerhalb der Tourismus-Markt in Lettland. Austin organisierten Aktivitäten und Veranstaltungen für die Besucher nach Lettland zu genießen und den Zugang zu erleichtern. Wie das Unternehmen entwickelt, Austin registriert Riga Out There als Unternehmen in Lettland (reg. keine 40003707104). Das Unternehmen hat seitdem erweitert und entwickelt sich in einer der führenden Tourismus Gastfreundschaft und den Service-Provider-Unternehmen in Lettland. Riga Out There arbeitete mit vielen Kunden aus der ganzen Welt, Besuch der Ostsee ist aus verschiedenen Gründen. Die Riga Out There Team bietet eine breite Palette von Aktivitäten, Transfers, Unterkunft und Unterstützung gewährleisten jede Anforderung erfüllt ist.
